How to register Credit Counseling:
- Step 1: Go to https://www.1dollarwiser.com/
- Step 2: Scroll Down to the bottom of the page and Click “Register now” for 1st Course Budget & Credit
Counseling (Pre-Filing Requirement).
- Step 3: Accept the terms and conditions.
- Step 4: Click “Yes” on the Do you have an attorney/access code?
- Step 5: Enter the code SCMOSS into the field and click “validate code”
- Step 6: Click “continue”
- Step 7: Fill out all the information required. Additionally, if you are doing a credit counseling for a joint case (filing a case with two people), click the joint case. For single debtor (case with just one person) click single flier.
Additionally, create a username and password for your account and remember these credentials.
After this information is confirmed, you are now registered for the course and it should be FREE with our code. The only thing to do after this is to go through the 1st course fully. You will know you are done when you receive your Certificate of Counseling. After this, call our office at 803-933-0202 to make sure we can see the certificate from our side.
